Subscription Terms

1. Pricing

CACulator.io Premium is offered at $29 per month at early-release pricing (standard list price $49/mo) or $279 per year, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Annual plans are discounted relative to twelve months of monthly billing.

Early-release pricing is offered for a limited time and may be converted to standard pricing on renewal with reasonable notice. Currency, taxes, and applicable fees are shown at checkout.

2. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually.

You can manage payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation through the Stripe-powered customer portal at any time.

3. Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel a Subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period.

Annual subscriptions are prepaid for twelve months. Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.

If payment fails, access may be downgraded, paused, or canceled after standard retry and dunning workflows complete.

4. What Premium Includes

Premium currently includes:

• All 19 calculators, including the four premium calculators (Pipeline Coverage, Sales Velocity, Win Rate, GTM Efficiency).
• Unlimited saved scenarios and unlimited side-by-side scenario compare.
• Unlimited board books with unlimited per-recipient magic-link delivery and watermarked PDFs.
• AI draft helper (subject to monthly per-user fair-use quotas).
• CSV bulk import for current-period metric snapshots. Read-only Stripe, QuickBooks, and HubSpot metric sync are planned for a future release and are not part of the current Premium feature set.
• Cohort percentile benchmarks where minimum cohort thresholds are met (subject to benchmark opt-in).
• Up to three team seats, subject to fair-use limits.
• API Keys for the CACulator.io public REST API, rate-limited per key.
• White-label embed tokens (no CACulator.io branding) under your allowed-origins list.

Premium contents may change as the product evolves. Material reductions to included features will be communicated by email or in-product notice.

5. Promotional Codes

CACulator.io may offer promotional codes (for example, the Founding Benchmark Contributor program code, which provides twelve months at 100% off the annual plan for first-time subscribers who complete their SaaS profile and opt into benchmark contribution).

Promotional codes are subject to the eligibility, redemption-limit, and expiration rules stated in the offer. Codes may not be combined unless expressly allowed. CACulator.io may revoke a promotional credit if eligibility requirements are not met or are subsequently violated.

6. Disputes and Contact

Disputes about billing should first be raised through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@caculator.io. Disputes that cannot be resolved through support are governed by the arbitration provisions of the Terms of Service.
